Our goal is to help you get the most out of your Internet presentations. You don't need to be semi-expert in marketing, the Internet, or multimedia to make use of our services. Regardless of where or how we end up helping you, we're going to begin by working with you to define the business goal, scope of the project, time frames, budgets and success measures.
Through that discovery process we'll determine whether you need us to to do the heavy lifting on all your presentation projects or just point you in the right direction. Our four service levels include:
Outsourcing
When you know you don't have the time, knowledge or internal resources to get
the job done, we can take it on. We can simply convert your Powerpoint
presentations to Flash for faster web delivery, or provide all the content
and design work for your next online marketing campaign.
One of our favorite outsourcing projects allowed us to help a client build an international subscriber base for their multimedia newsletter from a core of 200 to more than 100,000 in under two years!
Consulting
Onsite or off, by the clock or the project, one-on-one or with your virtual
team; we can help you conceptualize, strategize and execute your project.
People think of consulting just happens as part of project planning, but we find some of our best consulting work occurs when we go back to a client after the project has been "built." That's when we'll train several groups of employees when and how to use their new style guide, or we'll sit down with Sales and give them specific ideas of when and how to follow up on their new video leads.
Coaching
Our kind of coaching is a "lighter" form of consulting, limited either
in scope, or time involved, or both. When you're almost sure you have
the process down, or need another
viewpoint, call on us.
One of our clients had been successfully producing a newsletter for over a year when deadlines started to slip. Soon readership started to drop off. We helped them create a new editorial calendar that they tell us is helping them produce each issue on time and with far fewer headaches for everyone.
Public speaking
We provide a number of different topic specific workshops, seminars,
and speeches both online and in person. In addition, our books and
reports allow us to spread our knowledge about specific marketing,
Internet or multimedia topics.
We recently gave a group of Internet Consultants a brand new tool to help them cut down on the length of time it took them to convert prospects to clients in a workshop we call "Connect the Dots; Collect the Dollars." It was fun to watch their faces light up when they figured out how to use it.
